Our FightCamp Yoga program is designed to supplement the rigorous training of Muay Thai. Vinyasa is a style of Yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There is a flow to a Vinyasa session where the speed and time in pose varies. Our Yoga Instructor designs and develops the classes to impact, improve and assist with our styles of martial arts training.
